Stefano "J.J." Okaka scored his first goal of the Serie A season with a lovely backheel that proved to be the winner in the 88th minute of Roma's 2-1 victory of Siena on Sunday. Okaka's goal was apparently so spectacular that it caused commentator Carlo Zampa to suffer what sounds like some kind of severe asthma attack. Thankfully, Zampa was able to recover as Okaka was shown a yellow card for his celebration, in which he whipped off his shirt and scaled the barrier behind the goal for a pat on the back from the Roma supporters.
