Wild Card Weekend

Saturday at 4:30pm on NBC: New York Jets @ Cincinnati Bengals.
The Jets beat them 37-0 in the last meeting. I think this game will come down to each teams running games. The Bengals feature Cedric Benson and the Jets feature Thomas Jones, Shonn Greene, and Brad Smith. Advantage: Jets. Now, the quarterbacks, Carson Palmer had a bad game last week. I expect him to have a better game plus he has playoff experience. Mark Sanchez had a great game last week vs the Bengals. This will be his first playoff game and it's on the road. Advantage: Bengals. The Jets have a great defense that includes Darrelle Revis. I'm pretty sure they are the top defense in the NFL. The Bengals defense will be without Rey Maualuga and Roy Williams who are both injured. They get back Chris Crocker, Robert Geathers, and Domata Peko on defense tho. Advantage: Jets. Match-up to watch: Chad Ochocinco vs Darrelle Revis.
Pick: Jets 20 Bengals 13

Saturday at 8:00pm on NBC: Philadelphia Eagles @ Dallas Cowboys.
The Cowboys beat them 24-o in the last meeting. Both teams have strong running games. The Eagles feature LeSean McCoy and Brian Westbrook and the Cowboys feature Marion Barber and Felix Jones. Advantage: Cowboys. Now, the quarterbacks, Donovan McNabb had a bad game last week. I expect him to have a much better game plus he has a ton of playoff experience. He will have to find Desean Jackson and Brent Celek more. Tony Romo had a great game last week. He will have to hook up with Jason Witten a lot if they want to win this game. Advantage: Eagles. Both defenses are very good. The Eagles will have to blitz more in this game in my opinion. Advantage: Even. The Cowboys haven't won a playoff game since 1996. I think that streak will continue. Match-up to watch: Austin Miles vs Asante Samuel.
Pick: Eagles 28 Cowboys 24

Sunday at 1:00pm on CBS: Baltimore Ravens @ New England Patriots.
Both of these teams did not play last week. The Ravens beat the Raiders and the Patriots lost to the Texans. Both teams have great running games. The Ravens feature Ray Rice, Willis McGahee, and Le'Ron McClain and the Patriots feature Laurence Maroney, Fred Taylor, and Sammy Morris. Advantage: Ravens. Now, the quarterbacks, Joe Flacco has had a great season. His favorite target is Derrick Mason. He can't afford any turnovers in this one. Tom Brady is back in the playoffs, after being out last season. He still has Randy Moss but will be without his favorite wideout Wes Welker. Julian Edelman will take his place. He actually looks like a Wes Welker clone which is good for the Pats. Advantage: Patriots. The Ravens defense had been outstanding all year. They are led by Ray Lewis and Ed Reed. The Patriots defense has been shakey at times this year. They will get back Vince Wilfolk and Ty Warren which should help. Advantage: Ravens. Match-up to watch: Randy Moss vs Domonique Foxworth.
Patriots 20 Ravens 17

Sunday at 4:30pm on FOX: Green Bay Packers @ Arizona Cardinals.
The Packers beat them 33-7 in the last meeting. Both teams have pretty good running attacks. The Packers feature Ryan Grant and the Cardinals feature Tim Hightower and Beanie Wells. Ryan Grant had a career day in the last meeting by scoring 2 TD's. Hightower is the x-factor cuz he can run it and catch it. Advantage: Packers. Now, the quarterbacks, Aaron Rodgers has been on fire lately. He will need to be on his A-game again to beat a tough Cards defense. I think Greg Jennings and Donald Driver will have big games. Kurt Warner alive and still kicking. He led the Cardinals to the Super Bowl last year, can he do it again? Larry Fitzgerald will have to step up because Anquan Boldin will likely be out. Advantage: Cardinals. Both defenses feature great cornerbacks and safeties. The Cards have Adrian Wilson and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and the Packers have Charles Woodson and Al Harris. Advantage: Even. Matchups to watch: Larry Fitzgerald vs Al Harris and Greg Jennings vs Adrian Wilson.
Pick: Packers 31 Cardinals 21

Ratings were based on Quarterbacks, Running Backs, and Defense.
